General Manager
As of April 2013 I am proud to lead a sparkling group of highly motivated team members into their new future. We build upon the extensive technical skills and experiences of Martinair’s Engineering & Maintenance and have transferred that into a dedicated and operational high performing Embraer focused MRO. We have a strong base of Embraer aircrafts that we keep in top-shape day and night and are able to do that as an independent MRO being part of a the AF/KL Airline group. And we are looking forward to service new clients: you can rely on us!

Manager Commercial Services
Commercial Services main responsibilities are; new customer acquisition, relationship management with existing customers, contract management and the preparation and monitoring of invoices. During Base maintenance projects our responsibility is to guide the customer during the preparation, execution and aftercare of the project.

Safety & Compliance Manager
Safety & Compliance Management is responsible for the Safety Management System (SMS) of the RJC. In this context, the internal audit plan is executed, events are recorded and analyzed, incidents investigated, risks identified and measures initiated to improve. The department also has an important role in monitoring new regulations and advises you on this.

Yahya Ajgou

Director Aircraft Maintenance & Supporting Shops
Aircraft Maintenance is responsible for the execution of both line and base maintenance on the Embraer 170, 175 and 190. Carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance are both corrective and preventive and takes place 24x7 in Hangar 73 and at Schiphol-Center. For supporting of line and base maintenance a number of shops are available in H73. Such as but not limited to: an engine shop, interior shop, electrical shop and sheet metalwork shop.

Roy Hogg

Manager Material Unit   

As Material Unit, we are responsible for the availability and timely delivery of materials, tooling & equipment to serve our customers and there fleet availability. Important aspects are; control, storage and distribution of materials and tooling & equipment. Purchasing, ordering, repair processes for materials, components and tooling & equipment. Stock analysis and reporting, supplier relationship management, transport and logistics.

Manager Business Development
As Business Development Manager I am responsible for Technical Training, Business Development & IT. With training we ensure that our employees can develop and build their specialist knowledge. In the field of Business Development I am responsible for improvements in the organization with focus on Lean and Innovation. In the field of IT I manage our functional Application Managers who ensure key applications and IT within the RJC.
